You don't need to know all the dates of the third Intermediate Period and Late Period, but for reference:
End of NK: weakening pharaoh, Libyan chieftans take over much of Lower Egypt (and much, much more, but this is enough for the study guide)
Third Intermediate Period: 1069-715 BCE: North/South separate with Libyans in North, priests of Amun in the south
Late Period: 715-332 BCE
