Akhenatens temples and
palaces were built of talatat, small blocks of stone that are all the same size. Huge
scenes would then be carved on the walls. When later pharaohs pulled down the buildings to
re-use the stone, the blocks were scrambled. Archaeologists have spent years figuring out
