Beneath Aten's disk, a standing figure, in all likelihood Nefertiti, pours a libation into a cup held by a seated figure, probably Akhenaten. The sculptor has cut away the background but not yet begun to carve the details of this raised relief. The crack in the stone to Nefertitišs right may have developed during carving and made the relief unusable.
