Finely crafted of expensive materials, this figure of the god Amen with the features of Tutankhamen was probably a temple offering from someone of high rank. The glass inlay of the eyes and the plumes of Amen¹s crown are missing, but gold inlay still outlines the details of the rishi, or feathered corselet, a garment associated with kings and divine beings.
